Payment and Insurance  

To maintain the absolute privacy and clinical integrity of my treatment services, all treatment is provided on a self-pay basis only. I do not participate in any insurance or managed care plans and I do not accept insurance assignment as a substitute for direct payment. However, many clients receive out-of-network insurance reimbursement for my services. I routinely provide monthly statements containing the required codes to and treatment information to enable my clients to file for insurance reimbursement on their own if they choose to do so.  Payments can be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
